Ribeye vs. NY Strip Steaks

Which of these two steaks do you prefer?

We recently did a taste test in our household. I have never cooked both together at the same time. I discovered that I like Ribeye better and my wife likes NY strip better.

Last time I checked at Costco the cost of a choice Ribeye was $12.99/lb and the cost of a choice NY Strip was $10.99/lb, so NY strip is cheaper.

Sometimes you are able to find thinly sliced steaks at Costco of either type. They are great to cook up really fast or use in something like homemade Pho. that my daughter and I love to make at home.
