Air Fry Kirkland Frozen Burgers
Learn about air frying the frozen burger patties that you find at Costco.
Have you ever gotten the frozen burger patties you can find at Costco? I saw them for quite a while without getting them. I have certainly had them before at cookouts I have been to at friend’s houses.
I finally decided to buy them myself for a few reasons:
It’s 100% ground meat without extra added, unwanted ingredients.
To be able to cook them at a moment’s notice.
To show you my audience how you can cook them.
Did you know that you can cook them in your air fryer to excellent results? I tried it out recently and it worked great. You don't even need to thaw the burgers first.
Check out my instructions on my blog - How to Fry Kirkland Burger Patties. In it I provide tips on how to add cheese so that it doesn’t just blow around everywhere.
💡 Bonus Tip - Try the sliced Havarti cheese you find in the cheese section near the meat. It melts well and it’s fun to change up the typical cheddar routine.
What Patties Do I Recommend?
I used the 100% Grass-Fed Beef Patties that are 80% lean. I like that they are a higher fat content than the fresh ground beef that Costco sells that is 88% lean. I think 80% is a sweet spot where you have enough fat for the burgers to be juicy but not too much that they just shrink up and you have too much fat to deal with.
