Freezing Ham & Costco in Spain
Got leftover ham from Easter? Or have you ever wondered what Costco is like in other countries? I will answer both of these questions today!!!!
Hey everyone!
I hope that you had a great Easter weekend. Got leftover ham? Check out my blog post - how to freeze ham. We still have leftover ham in our fridge (not from Costco thought) and I immediately froze the ham to make soup later. We have leftover baked beans from yesterday so I didn’t want to make the bean soup right away.
I asked this past weekend in my previous newsletter, what type of ham you prefer to buy at Costco and the majority said the spiral ham. Did anyone cook one yesterday? I would love to hear how you did it. Hit the comment button and share with us.
I have a good food blogger friend that lives in Portugal and while she was in Spain, she shared in Instagram a video of what it’s like to shop at a Costco in Spain. The seafood is especially eye-opening. She also shares whether or not they still have the hot dog deal at the food court. You can check out her Instagram reel at her account the Weekday Pescatarian. If you love seafood, you have to follow her, she has the best seafood recipes and is my go-to source for learning to cook any type of fish.
